QUOTATION REFERENCE NO.: ITQ/04/2026

 

            You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the replacement of the floor tiles at the driveway at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Kuala Lumpur.


2          This ITQ contains the following:

a)          Covering Letter;

b)          Instructions to Potential Suppliers (Annex A);

c)          Conditions of Contract (Annex B);

d)          Requirement Specifications and Evaluation Criteria (Annex C); and

e)          Draft Form of Agreement (Annex D).


3          Your Quotation must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITQ before submitting your Quotation.


4          All interested Contractors must attend a mandatory site briefing at the Singapore High Commission in Kuala Lumpur (209 Jalan Tun Razak) at 10:00 am on Friday, 11 September  2026. Contractors who do not attend the mandatory site briefing will not have their proposals considered. Contractors are to register their attendance for the mandatory site briefing with Ms Khoo Kim Kee via email (Khoo_Kim_Kee@mfa.sg (opens in new tab)) and provide the following details. Registrations must be submitted by 12 noon on Thursday, 10 September 2026.


i.           Name of Company

ii.          Name of Representatives (max of 2 representatives per Contractor)

iii.          Vehicle Number

iv.          Board of Directors information (as attached)
