INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF VENUE, CATERING AND RELATED LOGISTICS FOR THE 61^ST SINGAPORE NATIONAL DAY RECEPTION

          You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the provision of a venue, catering and related logistics for the 61^st Singapore National Day Reception in Kuala Lumpur.

2        This ITT contains the following:

a) Covering Letter

b)       Form of Tender;

c)       Instructions to Tenderers;

d)       Conditions of Contract; and

e)       Requirement Specifications and Evaluation Criteria.

3        The prescribed Form of Tender attached to this Covering Letter must be fully completed. 

4        Your Tender Offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITT. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT before submitting your Tender Offer.
