With effect from 25 October 2018, Singapore Citizen parents who wish to submit apply for Singapore Citizenship for their children (including children born overseas below the age of 1 year) will have to submit their applications online using their SingPass via the Electronic Singapore Citizenship Application service (eSC) at https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/esvclandingpage/esc (opens in new tab)
