The High Commission's Consular Section provides notarial and authentication services for documents that are to be used in Singapore. You will need to present your passport or identity card for verification of identity.

Please note that for Malaysian documents to be used in Singapore, the authentication process of documents concerned is as follows:

  1. Have the documents legalised by a local Notary Public for legalisation.

  2. Bring the legalised documents to the Consular Section of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia for attestation.

  3. After the attestation, bring the documents to the Singapore High Commission for endorsement.
