Entry requirement for all foreigners

If your travel document is issued by one of the countries or regions below, you will need a visa to enter Singapore. For more information, please visit ICA’s website.

Afghanistan, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Egypt, Georgia, Holders of Hong Kong Document of Identity, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Macau Special Administrative Region (MSAR) Travel Permit, Mali, Moldova, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Yemen, Holders of Palestinian Authority Passport, Temporary Passport issued by the United Arab Emirates and Refugee Travel Document issued by Middle-East countries

Visa applications

The High Commission had outsourced visa applications to the following three Authorised Visa Agents (AVAs). These AVAs, on behalf of applicants, will liaise with the High Commission for application and submission. Upon processing, the outcome will be made known via email to the applicant.

Each application will be considered on its own merits.

The visa processing fee payable is RM105 (equivalent to SGD $30) for each application. A service fee of RM80 for each application is chargeable by the AVAs for their services. The fees collected are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application or if the application is withdrawn after submission. A receipt will be issued upon receiving payment. When the processing is completed, applicant will be given a notification of the outcome from the AVAs.
